Upgrading on Technical Courses

The company believes that to continuously improve the quality of crewmembers, there is a need to upgrade their skills through proper training. Therefore, all officers and ratings are referred to accredited institutions for advanced training in their respective fields based on the assessed training needs of the principal’s requirements.

Safety Management Seminar is also given to all joining crewmembers based on actual experiences onboard. This phase of the training is given by a number of crewmembers who are on vacation. The company has also accredited a training center to cater to its officers and crew enhancement courses, free of charges.

The management team is currently enhancing its efforts to upgrade the training of existing crew to qualify for higher positions onboard. Emphasis is also given to awareness of safety and environment.
